Sales Intern

Milan, Italy

Role Overview

As a Sales Intern, you will learn how to focus on educating and evangelising R1 advertising products within key brands and agencies across Italy.

Key learnings for the candidate

• Develop, agree and be accountable for a sales strategy and business plan for some of the Italian’s top Brands in line with R1’s sales and profitability goals as set by the MD
• Effectively present and evangelise R1’s capabilities and offering in the digital ad marketplace
• Develop the sales pipeline and effectively account manage R1’s existing customers in Italy
• Coordinate with other R1’s faculties for the timely preparation of proposal presentations and RFP responses
• Channel marketplace feedback regarding R1’s products


• Social skills are mandatory
• Natural born PR skills
• Positive attitute, curiosity and ambition
• Strong interest in Digital marketing + Technology
• Ability to build relationships with decision makers around a solution/strategic sale
• Effective presentation and communication skills

Preferred Studies

Marketing / Digital Marketing / Statistical / Economy / Engineering management

Master in Digital Marketing / Marketing automation is a plus
